The Role
As Pepperstone’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will provide exceptional technical and people leadership across our global technology organisation. This role is accountable for setting the strategic direction of Pepperstone’s technology landscape and driving delivery, scalability, and operational excellence.
You will lead all aspects of our Group IT, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Data, Infrastructure, and IT Operations functions- ensuring our platforms are resilient, high-performing, and aligned to business and customer outcomes. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will play a critical role in shaping Pepperstone’s long-term strategy and contributing to the next phase of our evolution.
You’ll lead a 300+ person global technology team and be excited to lead across cultures, regions and timezones.
This is a high-impact role for a hands-on, delivery-focused technology leader who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led fintech environment.
