Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the multi-year technology vision and platform architecture for an AI-powered operating system.
  • Lead modernization initiatives, transitioning legacy systems into modular, event-driven, and API-first platforms.
  • Architect and maintain an open API ecosystem for partners, third-party developers, and internal squads.
  • Build, scale, and mentor a high-performing engineering organization with a culture of ownership, velocity, and craftsmanship.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and AI teams to embed intelligence, automation, and predictive workflows across core systems.
  • Ensure platform reliability, monitoring, security, and developer experience meet enterprise-grade standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate technology strategy into business impact and enterprise value.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of engineering leadership experience, including scaling high-growth platforms, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven success modernizing complex architectures and delivering API-first, modular, or event-driven systems.
  • Experience leading AI or automation-driven product development in partnership with Data/ML teams.
  • Strong architectural and technical problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complexity into scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership presence with experience building trust, aligning teams, and driving execution.
  • Deep operational excellence, including reliability, quality, development velocity, and engineering rigor.
  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset, decisive, resourceful, and committed to momentum.
