Key Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations across all clinical and non-clinical service lines
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational mission
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across all programs
  • Recruit, develop, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to therapists and interns

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
  • Current or ability to obtain clinical licensure in New Mexico (LCSW or LPCC)
  • Proven clinical experience in Mental Health, Substance Use, and Crisis services
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience overseeing multiple programs and staff
  • Growth mindset with ability to excel in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
