Delta is seeking a Chief Operations Engineer to support the FLITE+ effort at Buckley Space Force Base. This position provides senior operational leadership for Missile Warning Integration and Test, ensuring continuous and reliable system operations through 24/7 mission support.

What you'll be doing:
Perform the role of Chief Operations Engineer for Missile Warning Integration and Test.
Provide expert management and leadership of the Missile Warning Integration and Test operations team.
Ensure continuous system operations through effective oversight of 24/7 operational support.
Demonstrate expertise across all aspects of system operations and maintenance.
Advise leadership on operational readiness, sustainment, and operational risk.
What you'll need:
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting Missile Warning system operations and sustainment.
Demonstrated ability to lead operational teams in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
In compliance with Colorado pay transparency laws, the estimated salary range for this position is $135,000–$205,000 annually.
