Requirements

  • Proven experience as COO, Director of Operations, or Head of Delivery in an IT, SaaS, or software product-based company.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology operations, delivery management, or product lifecycle execution.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile / DevOps) and product engineering lifecycles.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, QA, Client Success, Finance, and HR).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT Management (MBA preferred).
  • International exposure or experience with global B2B SaaS / Fintech products will be a plus.
