Chief Operating Officer - REMOTE

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage diverse operational functions, and ensure the execution of the company’s vision.   • Motivate and coach department leads to achieve organizational goals.
  • Set clear expectations, hold direct reports accountable, and foster high performance.
  • Translate the organization’s vision into actionable annual and quarterly goals.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards with key metrics.
  • Identify and solve root causes of operational issues.
  • Document critical processes and ensure adherence company-wide.
  • Lead weekly leadership meetings and quarterly planning sessions.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Requirements
  • 10+ years leading operations for a professional services or technology firm.
  • Deep understanding of business functions: Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success building operating rhythms, performance dashboards, and cross-functional processes at scale.
  • Expertise leading managers; strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with comfort in financial statements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills able to promote cohesion.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
