Primary Responsibilities

  • Growth & Expansion: Lead aggressive expansion initiatives including multiple telehealth site launches, new pharmacy openings, and manufacturing facility construction oversight
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with investors, legal counsel, and industry collaborators
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead daily operations spanning multiple business entities including pharmacies, manufacturing locations, telehealth platforms, and R&D programs
  • Culture Leadership: Preserve and strengthen the positive, results-driven team culture while overseeing a varied workforce
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the integration and oversight of 30+ brands across various wellness sectors (peptide research, hormone replacement therapy, concierge medicine, etc.)
  • Revenue Growth: Accelerate revenue expansion within the initial 12-24 months through strategic initiatives and operational enhancements
  • Problem Solving: Tackle sophisticated, multi-dimensional challenges across manufacturing, pharmacy operations, technology systems, customer service, and sales functions
  • Board Collaboration: Interface directly with the CEO/Chairman and Board of Directors, functioning as the key bridge between executive operations and board oversight

Requirements
