Your Role

As the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of Idoven. You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with our mission to transform cardiology, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee the efficient delivery of all operations, ensuring that processes are designed for effectiveness and scalability.
• Lead and mentor department heads; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Work closely with the executive team to set and drive the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives, establishing sustainable operating processes.
• Manage key relationships with stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies to drive results and foster collaboration.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and inefficiencies, implementing data-driven solutions to enhance performance metrics.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, using analytics to inform decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or in other managerial roles within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Proven experience scaling a start-up in Tech or MedTech.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Experience with organizational development, project management, and change management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the executive team and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of effective operational management.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the healthcare domain.
