  • Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations: Oversee warehouse, inventory management, logistics, accounting ops, and marketing to ensure smooth, connected operations across the company
  • Drive M&A integration: Own the post-close playbook and results for integrating 4–5 acquisitions annually.
  • Build scalable operating systems: Develop and implement standardized SOPs, KPIs, and dashboards to support rapid growth and multi-site consistency
  • Manage financial performance: Collaborate on P&L management focusing on margin improvement, cost control, and working capital usage
