Requirements for the role 

  • 6+ years in operations leadership (COO, Operations Director, Call Center/Service Director) in healthcare, e-commerce, finance or services.
  • Proven experience building sales/support call centers and implementing CRM/workflow automation ( custom CRMs/ERP ).
  • Track record of KPI design and performance management; strong data literacy (Excel/BI).
  • Process design skills: SOPs, scripts, QA standards, and training programs.
  • People leadership: hiring, coaching, change management, and culture-building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; owner’s mindset and bias to action.
  • Budgeting and cost control; vendor management for telecom, software, and logistics.
  • Stakeholder management and executive reporting; ability to translate ops metrics into business outcomes.
  • Experience launching new locations/teams from zero; crisis management.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+; Ukrainian is a plus.
  • Full-time, 12.00-21.00 EET, 40h per week , flexible 

 Nice to Have

  • Experience in LTC/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing or healthcare revenue cycle. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own day-to-day operations across Billing, Client Support, and Call Center; ensure SLA adherence.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and quality assurance across all functions.
  • Deploy and optimize CRM/ERP and workflow tools (e.g., PeopleForce, custom CRM, call-center platforms, IT Fin) to automate reporting, eligibility checks, authorization tracking, claims submission, and denials management.
  • Establish KPI frameworks (productivity, aging, DSO, call quality, CSAT) and run weekly/monthly performance reviews with clear actions.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams: hiring, onboarding, training, coaching; create scalable knowledge bases, scripts, and playbooks.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, and Client Success; align incentives and remove process bottlenecks.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives: streamline queues, reduce rework, improve first-pass claim acceptance, and enhance client communications.
  • Own budget planning and cost optimization; monitor P&L drivers across staffing, tools, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and data privacy; enforce documentation and audit readiness.
  • Report operational health to CEO: dashboards, forecasts, risk analysis, and mitigation plans. 

Team: Head of Medbilling department, Supervisors, CЕОthe HR team and 100+ Medical Billing managers.   

Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), from 12 pm to 9 pm EET. You must be prepared to adhere to a strict schedule and maintain punctuality. Our team is committed to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality services to our clients.
