Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership,

• Spearheaded sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships to fuel revenue growth,

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence,

• Drive the development of products and services that address customer needs and market demands,

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and seize new opportunities,

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial health,

• Exemplify integrity, work ethic, and commitment to the company's core values.

We require

• Proven Track Record:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups,

• At least 3 years of IT implementation experience in large organizations,

• Demonstrable experience in building startups and projects from the ground up,

• A solid understanding of AI and its applications,
• Strong grasp of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies,
• Passion for fostering growth, innovation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment,
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities,
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and process design,
• Fluency in both Polish and English.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with AI implementation.
