AI overview

Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and operational scalability in a high-growth pediatric speech-language pathology practice.

About Us

Chatterboxes is a clinician-built, clinician-led pediatric speech-language pathology practice on a mission to improve the lives of children and to transform what it means to be an SLP. We’re a close-knit, rapidly growing team of experts and innovators, and we’re seeking an exceptional leader, integrator, and builder to help us shape the future of our organization.

We value long-term commitment, deep collaboration, and strong relationships. Our team is fully remote administratively, with SLPs delivering exceptional in-person services within our loving patient’s homes and our proud school partners in Massachusetts. We’re expanding quickly into new geographies, and we are seeking an exceptional person who is energized by growth, evolution, and the opportunity to architect scalable operations alongside a talented group of Superwomen 🦸dedicated to elevating the profession.

A Practice Built by SLPs, for SLPs 🌱

Chatterboxes isn’t just a workplace, it’s a thriving community of Speech-Language Pathologists working to redefine what a sustainable, fulfilling SLP career looks like. Our Sanctuary Model was designed intentionally to combat burnout and promote clinical excellence, creating an environment where clinicians can flourish at every stage of their journey.  As we expand, we remain committed to nurturing clinicians’ growth, well-being, and sense of belonging because when SLPs thrive, kids do too.

Why Our Culture Is Different

☀️ Never Alone: SLP’s are part of a built-in network of colleagues, not a one-off placement. Sanctuary Leaders, SLP Liaisons, and the clinical team stay connected daily virtually and meet in person for regular coffee chats, sanctuary activities and quarterly in person team gatherings at restaurants, coffee shops and the like.

🌱 Continuous Growth: We are a team of lifelong learners never satisfied with the status quo.  We have high ambition for our professional development not only through typical CEU support but also mentorship tailored to every stage of practice and leadership.

💡 Upward Mobility: Career paths extend far beyond direct therapy.  We offer a variety of leadership roles, in-services, x-factors aligned with SLP’s passions, mentorship opportunities, community outreach work, and special projects.

🎉 Vibrant Culture: We celebrate “workiversaries,” host Sanctuary dinners, run Round Robin sessions, and bring in guest speakers to our weekly virtual team meetings to enrich our learning and connection.

🧘 Prioritizing Well-Being: Founded and owned by an SLP, we place clinician well-being at the center of everything. Our Sanctuary Model protects time, energy, and balance to support longevity in the profession.
