Position Overview
Archera is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a strategic partner and operational force multiplier, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is designed to remove the CEO from day-to-day execution by building systems, driving high-priority initiatives, and ensuring the business runs with clarity and independence. You will operate as an extension of the CEO—owning critical initiatives, managing high-stakes decisions, and creating the operating infrastructure that enables the company to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, acting as a project lead and unblocking operational bottlenecks across the company
- Serve as the CEO’s primary thought partner, managing the flow of information and execution for high-impact, time-sensitive decisions
- Design and implement operating systems, delegation frameworks, and company rituals that enable teams to execute without direct CEO involvement
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s focus, creating leverage by shifting attention toward long-term strategy, hiring, and company-building initiatives
- Prepare and refine executive-level materials, including board decks, investor updates, and internal communications
- Oversee key business metrics, financial performance, and customer insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Support fundraising and investor relations efforts, including reporting, diligence, and ongoing stakeholder management
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, consulting, or finance role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven ability to build processes, operating systems, and delegation infrastructure that create leverage across an organization
- Strong business judgment with the ability to operate independently on critical, time-sensitive decisions
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive and board-level audiences
- Experience working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, financial planning, or company operations
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and execution-driven, with a bias toward ownership and accountability
- Background that complements a founder-led environment (e.g., operations, finance, or strategy-heavy roles)
Initial 90-Day Focus
Operational Systems
- Establish delegation infrastructure for the CEO’s office, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms
- Develop SOPs and decision frameworks to reduce reliance on the CEO for recurring operational decisions
- Build and maintain agents and automations to support recurring, high impact operations across the business
Strategic Alignment
- Define and document key company priorities (Mission, Outcomes, Competencies) across major initiatives
- Support ownership and tracking of the operating budget, including headcount and discretionary spend
- Implement processes for forecasting and ensure clean financial close governance & stakeholder reporting
Benefits
- Competitive salary and equity package
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with company match
- Flexible PTO and company holidays
- Remote-first culture with a focus on autonomy and impact
