Chief of Staff | Teltonika’s Headquarters

€42 – €58 per hour

TLDR

Influence group-level operational execution while collaborating closely with C-level leaders in a dynamic, fast-growing IoT organization.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to strengthen our executive team working at Teltonika’s headquarters in Vilnius. This is a newly created role focused on group‑level operational and project execution management, with a strong emphasis on the IoT organization. You will work closely with C‑level leaders, bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline across multiple cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring projects are fully implemented and deliver measurable business impact.

The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high‑tech companies operating under the Teltonika brand as well as all representative offices worldwide. It plays a central role in aligning strategy, operations, and execution across the entire group.

Teltonika provides an opportunity to work close to executive leadership and have a tangible impact on how group‑level initiatives are structured, executed, and scaled in a fast‑growing international IoT organization.

In this role, you will:

• Create a structured, end‑to‑end overview of initiatives and tasks distributed across the group and IoT organization.

• Ensure consistent execution and completion of projects, preventing initiatives from remaining partially implemented.

• Act as a central coordination point across IoT units, headquarters functions, and executive stakeholders.

• Work closely with the CPO and other C‑level leaders to align priorities, ownership, and timelines.

• Drive operational discipline through planning, tracking, follow‑ups, risk identification, and execution control.

• Lead and coordinate AI solution initiatives, especially related to operational and support efficiency improvement.

• Standardize support criteria, processes, and performance benchmarks across teams.

• Improve back‑office effectiveness by structuring workflows and collaborating with a team of approximately 10–15 people.

• Prepare clear executive summaries, progress updates, and decision‑support materials for leadership.

• Build scalable operational frameworks, systems, and governance models supporting long‑term growth.

What we expect of you:

• Proven experience in operations management, project or program management, Chief of Staff, or similar cross‑functional leadership roles.

• Ability to manage complexity and multiple parallel initiatives while maintaining clarity and focus.

• Strong structuring, prioritization, and execution skills.

• Experience working closely with C‑level executives or senior leadership stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of operational processes and efficiency improvement practices.

• Interest or experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is considered an advantage.

• High ownership, accountability, and result‑driven mindset.

• Strong English language skills, both spoken and written.

What we offer:

• Great opportunities to grow and develop in a strong and rapidly expanding international company.

• A dynamic, challenging work environment with a cooperation‑based internal culture.

• Care for your emotional and physical well‑being through additional health insurance, including psychologist consultations.

• Company‑paid sports activities such as basketball, football, volleyball, yoga, and other sports events together.

• Celebration of achievements and quality time together during team‑buildings, summer festivals, and other important occasions.

• Opportunity to receive solid bonuses by participating in the employee recommendation program.

• Birthday gifts and a day off on your birthday, as well as surprises during various festive occasions.

• Recognition and acknowledgements on work anniversaries.

• Snacks provided for lunch or dinner at the office.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone’s efforts and experience, therefore we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 42 EUR/h up to 58 EUR/h (6,972 EUR – 9,628 EUR pre‑tax),, depending on your experience and qualifications.
