As a Chief of Staff - Talent Acquisition (TA), you will partner closely with our Head of TA and leadership team. This role exists to ensure the Talent Acquisition function is operating at peak performance - clear on priorities, aligned to business outcomes, and executing with speed, quality, and consistency.

This is a high-impact role for an operator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination. You will act as a force multiplier for TA leadership, turning vision into action and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Accountability

As Chief of Staff - TA, your success will be defined by the effectiveness, clarity, and reliability of the Talent Acquisition function. You will be accountable for driving operational excellence, ensuring recruiting priorities align with business and sales pipeline needs, and enabling TA leadership to focus on high-leverage decisions. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Strategic Alignment

  • Partner with TA leadership to define priorities, goals, and success metrics for recruiting
  • Translate organizational hiring needs and sales pipeline forecasts into actionable TA strategies
  • Ensure recruiting initiatives align with broader workforce planning and business objectives
  • Drive clarity on what matters most, and keep the team focused on outcomes over activity

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee recruiting operations including funnel management, candidate experience, recruiter enablement, and employer branding initiatives
  • Drive process improvements across sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
  • Monitor key recruiting KPIs (quality of hire, time-to-fill, match quality, candidate experience) and drive corrective actions
  • Build fungibility and continuity across the TA team through clear SOPs, playbooks, and best practices

Program & Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as employer branding campaigns, diversity hiring programs, and recruiting technology rollouts
  • Own special projects that improve recruiter productivity and candidate engagement in partnership with TA Marketing and Operations
  • Ensure initiatives ship on time, with clear owners, milestones, and outcomes

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a central connector between TA leadership, recruiters, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prepare executive-ready updates, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Synthesize recruiting data into clear insights and recommendations that support decision-making

Team Enablement

  • Support training, enablement, and upskilling initiatives within the TA team
  • Champion tools, templates, and frameworks that standardize best practices
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Colleagues

You’ll work closely with the recruiters, TA Marketing, and cross-functional partners across Sales, Client Success, and Operations to ensure recruiting priorities remain tightly aligned to business needs.

While working cross-functionally, this role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work with some overlap across client and internal team time zones. You will be expected to participate in in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
