What You’ll Do - Project Management & Execution
  • Partner closely with Miguel to project manage key initiatives across partnerships, programs, fundraising, and operations
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, owners, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commitments are met
  • Maintain clear task trackers, project dashboards, and weekly status updates
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs early and escalate appropriately

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process improvements
  • Design and document repeatable processes, standard operating procedures, and checklists
  • Implement lightweight systems that increase speed, clarity, and accountability
  • Continuously look for ways to improve how the organization operates
  • What You’ll Do - Inbox, Calendar & Priority Management
  • Manage and triage Miguel’s inbox with judgment and discretion
  • Draft responses, route messages, and flag high-priority items
  • Own calendar management—prioritizing high-leverage meetings and protecting focus time
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups for key meetings

  • Coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Manage travel logistics, itineraries, and contingencies
  • Handle operational details for meetings, events, and partner engagements

  • Foundational Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, project management, chief of staff, consulting, executive support, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational systems
  • Fluency with tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar
  • Experience working remotely and across time zones
  • Full professional fluency in English; Spanish a plus
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
