On a team this small, you’ll have real ownership and a wide surface area. Example projects: — Own a sales pipeline end-to-end: tracking, follow-ups, next steps, closing loops — Write and iterate on customer-facing docs: onboarding notes, one-pagers, explainers — Ship comms: twitter threads, product updates, announcements — Handle misc operator tasks: contracts, vendors, coordination You can shape the role: if you want to go deeper on GTM systems (process, messaging, outbound lists), great. If you want to be more chief-of-staff (running execution across many threads), also great. But the core is the same: aggressive follow-through and relentless organization. About You You are unusually organized, relentless about follow-ups, and comfortable operating in the founder’s inbox. You want to work hand-in-hand with the founder at a very early-stage company. You don’t need permission to push things forward. You don’t feel awkward being persistent. — You’ve run pipeline in a high-velocity environment — You write clearly and quickly and keep clean notes — You move fast, stay calm, and don’t drop balls If this fits, we look forward to chatting!
