We are building the next generation of investing. Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the onchain world by focusing on long-term, diversified portfolios, automated rebalancing, and a calm, intelligent user experience. Since our launch, we’ve welcomed over 75,000 users, and as global assets transition to the blockchain—including Real World Assets (RWAs), stocks, and bonds—we are positioning ourselves to be the primary gateway for onchain wealth management. We are backed by premier investors including a16z CSX, Coinbase Ventures, and Uniswap Ventures.

We are looking for a Chief of Staff / Founder’s Associate to serve as the right-hand to our CEO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed for someone who wants to see exactly how a high-growth crypto startup is built from the inside. You won't just be an observer; you will own critical pillars of the business including product, strategy, operations, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the CEO on product vision, roadmap, and high-level company priorities.
• Investor Relations: Prepare board materials, investor updates, and craft strategic narratives for future fundraising.
• Product Ownership: Take product specifications from initial concept all the way through to launch.
• Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring pipelines for our engineering and product teams to scale the organization.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline internal operations and collaborate with Business Development to manage the company treasury.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who likely intends to be a founder themselves one day but wants to gain "behind-the-scenes" experience first.

• Experience: 3+ years in Product Management at a high-growth tech or crypto company.
• Domain Expertise: Deep, firsthand experience in the crypto and DeFi ecosystem.
• Communication: Exceptional writing and communication skills; you should be capable of producing investor-ready materials.
• Technical Savvy: Intermediate coding ability (e.g., Python) to automate workflows and "vibe code" solutions.
• Mindset: High agency. You thrive in ambiguity and view unsolved problems as opportunities rather than blockers.
• Efficiency: You prefer small, high-throughput teams with zero bureaucracy and high velocity.
