The Role

The Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE) is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Chief of Staff for our LTSE Enterprise Operations to serve as a force multiplier to our Chief Operating Officer, and across the LTSE Enterprise Operations. This role is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executive enablement - ensuring enterprise goals are met, KPIs are tracked, and operational excellence is consistently delivered.

This individual will report to, and work side-by-side with, our COO - attending critical meetings, owning operational priorities, connecting dots across the enterprise, and codifying the systems that drive growth, mitigate risk, and deliver on business outcomes. This position will be a natural delegation partner for the COO, and provide backup support across the enterprise as needed. Additionally, this role will parachute into all parts of our LTSE Enterprise, including Listings, Trading, and Private Markets - threading our brand and mission together to drive long-term profit with purpose.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role will span across five main areas: operational enablement, meeting & information management, cross-functional communication & coordination, enterprise insight & foresight, and executive administrative support. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the COO to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the LTSE enterprise.
  • Monitor and report on enterprise-wide KPIs, goals, and OKRs, proactively identifying risks or delays.
  • Design and maintain operational rhythms (cadence, check-ins, reviews) that keep the business accountable and focused.
  • Serve as the COO’s primary thought partner in meetings: preparing materials, capturing notes, surfacing action items, and driving follow-up.
  • Maintain clarity and continuity across initiatives by ensuring meeting outcomes translate into action and accountability.
  • Optimize scheduling, workflow, and time management to maximize impact and operational efficiency.
  • Act as an integrator across business functions, ensuring information flows efficiently and the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
  • Own special projects or time-sensitive initiatives, managing them from idea to execution.
  • Partner with the Executive Team on board material preparation and end-to-end board meeting project management.
  • Anticipate operational needs before they arise; connect day-to-day decisions to the company’s long-term strategy.
  • Codify frameworks and repeatable systems to scale enterprise knowledge and execution.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics, calendaring, travel arrangements, and other administrative needs as needed.
  • Oversee management of the NYC office location, ensuring mail is received, supplies are ordered, and building access is managed within compliance.

Who You Are

  • A natural operator who turns vision into action with speed, structure, and clarity.
  • A high-velocity communicator who thrives at the center of information flow and activity - responsive, present, and energized by keeping the organization aligned and moving.
  • A structured thinker with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to bring order to complexity.
  • Equally comfortable in strategic conversations and hands-on execution, adapting fluidly between the two.
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and emotionally intelligent - able to navigate ambiguity and maintain trust.
  • Someone with strong executive presence who shows up prepared, polished, and ready to represent leadership.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information, exercising sound judgment at all times.
  • Collaborative, curious, and constantly seeking ways to improve systems, processes, and outcomes.
  • Someone who stays one step ahead - anticipating needs, spotting gaps, and proactively driving solutions.
  • Excited about working at a startup, rolling up your sleeves, and making a measurable impact every day.

Must Haves

  • Experience in cross-functional, multi-business unit, hands-on operational roles (operations, business management, project management, chief of staff, executive administration).
  • Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a bias toward clarity, action, and outcomes.
  • Experience driving enterprise accountability across multiple stakeholders, business units, and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with business performance metrics, enterprise risk, and growth levers.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in financial services, capital markets/private markets, exchanges, is preferred.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or comparable experience is a plus.
