About Pallet

Pallet is building AI Agents to transform logistics — a $12 trillion global industry. We’ve raised $50M from top investors, including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures. In under two years, we’ve achieved 700% revenue growth and are just getting started.

Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down — from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time, and integrate directly with customer systems.

As logistics providers look to generative AI to drive efficiency, many are turning to Pallet to lead the way. With deep industry expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities, we’re positioned to build the next $10B company in logistics.

Join us and work alongside leaders from Google, DoorDash, YC, and more to shape the future of logistics tech.

About the opportunity:

Pallet is at an inflection point. We have proof of concept with Fortune 1000 companies and we need someone to turn that proof into a repeatable pipeline machine. This is not a strategy-deck role. It is a revenue-generating role that sits at the center of Pallet's most important relationships.

You will report directly to the CEO, own relationships with the most senior buyers and partners in our target markets, and be accountable for meaningfully accelerating pipeline in your first 90 days. We are not hiring a relationship manager. We are hiring someone who can walk into a room with a C-suite executive, understand what they need, and leave with a commitment.

How you will make an impact:

First 30 days — activate the network

  • Map the CEO's existing network and identify the 20 highest-value relationships to re-engage immediately
  • Get in front of every C-suite contact in our target market list (TML) — no warm intro required, cold if needed
  • Establish working relationships with strategic partners at top Investment Banks
  • Brief the CEO weekly: who you talked to, what they said, what is in motion

First 90 days — accelerate pipeline

  • Generate net new Fortune 1000 meetings and turn them into qualified pipeline opportunities
  • Own relationships with key VC partners — source warm intros to portfolio companies
  • Build the outreach infrastructure: sequencing, messaging, and targeting so this motion can scale
  • Work with the CEO on pricing strategy for large enterprise deals — you will have context others don't
  • Call out what is not working on the team, in the process, or in the product story, and say it plainly

How you'll be measured:

  • Pipeline generated ($ value and deal count)
  • Net new Fortune 1000 C-suite meetings per month
  • Meaningful acceleration in pipeline vs. day one baseline
  • Active relationships with 3+ Tier-1 VCs / investment banks

Preferred experience:

  • 2–6 years at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, VC, or Corp Dev function at a high-M&A-velocity company
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships from scratch with senior executives
  • The polish and pace to represent the CEO in any room: board meetings, partner dinners, cold executive calls
  • A track record of generating something: pipeline, deals, partnerships, outcomes
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, changing priorities, and being told no before you find the yes

Our benefits:

  • 🩺 Health, Vision, and Dental benefits
  • 🏝️ Flexible PTO
  • ➕ Life Insurance and Accidental Insurance
  • ❤️‍🩹 Short-Term Disability Coverage
  • 💸 Generous salary and equity for all staff
  • 🪜 401k option; helping you save for the future
  • 📚 Yearly learning and development stipend
  • 🚌 Commuter benefits for Bay Area employees
  • 🚘 Uber ride stipend if you ever have to work late in the office
  • 🏡 Remote office home stipend to get you comfy in your space
  • 🍔 Daily catered lunches provided by Sharebite (every meal you order, one meal gets donated)
  • ✈️ Onboarding trip to San Francisco HQ if you work remotely
  • 🥤 Monthly happy hours
  • 🎉 Annual company offsites, our last one was in Palm Springs 🌴🍹

Location:

  • San Francisco with travel 25-35%

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this role is $175,000-$250,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Final compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location.
