About the Role

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and COO, driving strategic initiatives, streamlining internal operations, and ensuring that our ambitious vision is executed effectively. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to contribute to scaling a transformative venture.

Your Responsibilities

As Chief of Staff, you will:

  • Strategic Partnerships & Business Development: Collaborate with the CEO and COO as a trusted advisor, supporting strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and business planning.

  • Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and refine processes that enhance organizational efficiency and enable rapid scaling.

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company priorities and delivering on key milestones.

  • Communication and Coordination: Act as a bridge across teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on objectives.

  • Market Insights: Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify opportunities and provide insights to inform strategy and partnerships.

  • Team Enablement: Support leadership in building and maintaining a strong organizational culture while fostering talent development.

  • Investor Relations: Assist in preparing materials and communications for investors, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.
