Chief of Staff

Envirogen Group is seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to provide high-level support to our Group CEO. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency and supporting key strategic initiatives across the company, which specializes in innovative water and wastewater treatment solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring that the organization's goals and objectives are met. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior management, assisting in decision-making and project management to drive the business forward.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, with a focus on operational management and strategic planning. You should possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to think critically and navigate complex organizational challenges. Requirements

• Significant experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic advisory role.
• Experience in management consulting, PE operating roles, or high-growth industrial/services environments.
• Exposure to engineered products, industrial services, water/wastewater, environmental services, or missioncritical field services is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional workstreams and delivering complex initiatives under time pressure.
• Strong operational management and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
