Chief of Staff, CPO Office We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative leader to be a part of the CPO's office at Meesho. The role will report to the CPO, and collaborate with Leaders from Product, Design, Analytics & Tech to drive strategic and functional initiatives at Meesho. This role offers in-depth exposure to product management in a high-growth tech startup and serves as a premier track to transition into a Product Management leadership role based on performance.   About the Team: You will be part of the CPO's (Chief Product Officer) Office at Meesho - a central team within the CPO org that provides strategic, organisational, and executional support to the CPO and the broader Product organisation across Product Management & Design. The team works closely with senior leaders across Product, Tech, Business, Design, and Analytics to shape priorities, streamline execution, and strengthen the operating cadence of the Product org.   What you will do
  • Project Leadership: Independently lead strategic "big rock" projects, including long-term product roadmaps, buy vs. build frameworks, and identifying new product investment opportunities.
  • Functional Excellence: Revamp org structures and "ways of working" to improve speed and quality. Develop tools and processes that enhance the functioning of product org.
  • High-Stakes Communication: Conceptualize and craft concise, compelling communications for Board Meetings, Monthly Strategy Reviews, and Company All-Hands.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure the CPO’s agenda is executed seamlessly across the company.
  • What you will need
  • Experience: 3–5 years of cumulative experience in Management consulting or Strategy/Chief of Staff/Founder’s Office roles within high-growth startups.
  • Education: Undergraduate or MBA degree.
  • Product Curiosity: A keen interest in Product Management; prior experience working alongside tech and product teams is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable workstreams with clear outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to "tell a story" through data and slide decks.
  • Mindset: A proactive, "owner" mindset with high comfort in navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
