The Chief of Staff ensures that strategy turns into execution. You’ll drive structure, focus, and accountability across key leadership processes — connecting the dots between strategy, people, and operations.
You’ll work in constant interaction with our CEO, helping translate strategic intent into operational clarity, while also collaborating closely with our Chairman (former CEO of two SaaS unicorns) and our growth equity investor, Yttrium. This role offers exceptional exposure to high-level decision-making, governance, and growth strategy — making it an ideal launch pad for future leadership or investment-side careers.
This is a strategic operator role, not an assistant one — suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving SaaS environments and enjoys turning complexity into progress.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Board Operations
Help translate high-level strategy into clear action items, OKRs, and measurable outcomes
Coordinate Board meetings — from materials and agenda design to outcome tracking
Drive the Executive Team rhythm, ensuring meetings are structured, decisions are followed up on, and goals stay on track
2. Strategic & Special Projects
Lead cross-functional initiatives — from operational improvements to market or product research
Serve as program owner for high-impact projects that require coordination across teams
Drive accountability and progress reporting on strategic programs
3. Research & Strategic Insight
Conduct targeted research on markets, competitors, pricing, and operational models
Prepare executive summaries and briefing documents to inform decision-making
Identify opportunities and challenges that influence strategic priorities
4. Company-Wide Coordination
Shape and facilitate All-Hands meetings, leadership offsites, and internal communications
Maintain organisational visibility — connecting priorities across departments and keeping teams aligned on the company mission
Support transparent, data-driven communication between leadership and teams
You Should Apply If You
Have 2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or cross-functional project management
