In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across Western Europe, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential, target segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and ensure successful commercialization.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing regional sales team, set clear targets, and ensure consistent achievement of results.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners, leading negotiations and closing strategic deals.
  • Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide structured market feedback and strategic insights to senior management.
  • Drive market penetration and strengthen the brand positioning of Teltonika Security Systems across Western Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and team leadership within international markets.
  • Strong track record in building and executing regional sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong results orientation.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Italian, Spanish, or French language skills would be considered a strong advantage.

    We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 23 Eur/h (~3400 Eur - ~3837 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise + attractive bonus package (including monthly bonuses) based on your results and sales growth.
