Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

As our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you’ll be the architect, strategist, and guardian of Brighty’s information security landscape. In this critical role, you’ll lead the charge in designing, implementing, and maintaining our security framework while managing a team of skilled security analysts. With your expertise, you’ll ensure Brighty stays one step ahead of evolving cyber threats and maintains the trust of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include managing security operations, monitoring for potential threats, and responding to incidents with precision. Leveraging your deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as EU GDPR and PCI-DSS, you’ll implement effective controls, conduct risk assessments, and oversee compliance initiatives. From optimizing security tools to collaborating with IT and development teams, your leadership will be vital to Brighty’s success.

In addition, you’ll focus on fostering a security-first culture by delivering impactful training programs and developing secure development practices. Your work will culminate in preparing comprehensive security reports and metrics, providing valuable insights to senior management while safeguarding Brighty’s operations and reputation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing and leading Brighty’s information security program, ensuring our systems and data remain secure.
• Monitoring and responding to security incidents while coordinating incident response activities.
• Implementing security controls aligned with frameworks such as PCI-DSS and conducting regular assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Managing and optimizing security tools (SIEM, endpoint protection, etc.) to maintain a robust security posture.
• Collaborating with IT and development teams to integrate security best practices into Brighty’s core processes.
• Preparing in-depth security reports, metrics, and KPIs for senior management to drive informed decision-making.
• Delivering impactful security awareness training programs and supporting compliance initiatives.

The offered salary range for this position starts from 2000€ (gross) per month.
