As we scale our operations, we are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to design and lead the firm’s technology strategy, ensuring that our systems, data, and cybersecurity capabilities grow with the firm’s ambitions. The CIO will serve as a strategic partner and a trusted advisor to the executive team. He/she will report directly to the Management Committee and manage an overall team of 12 people.

Key responsibilities

  • Leadership & Culture : Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse IT organization. Foster inclusion, collaboration, and innovation while promoting a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
  • Business & Products : Oversee product development and digital initiatives, ensuring a customer-centric approach. Drive agile delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Data & Analytics : Strengthen data governance, security, and accessibility. Enhance data-driven decision-making and leverage AI/ML to unlock new insights and opportunities.
  • Cybersecurity & Risk : Safeguard the enterprise by ensuring compliance (e.g., GDPR), leading incident response planning, and applying proactive threat intelligence.
  • Operations & Resilience : Ensure high availability and cost-effectiveness of IT systems and infrastructure. Lead cloud migration, manage hybrid environments, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements

  • Engineer with a background in either Software development or Cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, within an international environment.
  • Track record of leading digital transformation and managing change across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise IT architectures, cloud technologies, and data governance.
  • Strong background in development, project management, data management, IT operations,  and cybersecurity.
  • Coding skills in these languages is a plus : Python, JavaScript, SQL, NodeJS.
  • Certified Agile Leader a plus.
  • Microsoft environment background is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
