Chief Financial Officer

We have partnered with an established non-profit organization who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control functions. Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, coordinating audits and reviews by external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and revenue optimization efforts.
  • Oversee the financial administration of grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in the non-profit sector.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

    Salary
    $120,000 – $150,000 per year
