This is a transformational CFO role. The Chief Financial Officer will own the full finance function while serving as a close strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team. This role will play a critical part in guiding InfoTrust through its evolution from a services-based model to a product-led, B2B growth organization. The CFO will help build the financial systems, operating discipline, and decision frameworks required to scale SaaS and productized offerings while maintaining strong profitability and governance. A core expectation of this role is the thoughtful use of automation and AI to improve the quality, speed, and impact of human work, enabling better decisions rather than simply reducing effort.

Screening: Video call with Head of TA (45 mins)
Executive Interview: 1:1 Video call with CEO (1 hour)
Executive Interview: 1:1 Video call with President (45 mins)
CPO Connect: Conversation with CPO (May be combined with final step)
Final Round: In-person office visit and presentation at our Cincinnati HQ (Half day)
