  • Oversee all GAAP accounting, tax, audit, and compliance activities, and build a scalable controller function with a highly automated day-five close
  • Own B2B SaaS and product economics, including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC payback, LTV, and gross margin, ensuring metrics are trusted and decision-ready
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize pricing, forecasting, incentives, and go-to-market investment
  • Modernize finance systems and tooling, integrating platforms such as Salesforce and financial systems while applying AI and automation to enhance insight and human judgment
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team and partner with HR on compensation and incentive frameworks aligned with long-term value creation

  • Deep experience in B2B environments (this role is not intended for B2C-only backgrounds)
  • 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally in the $20M–$100M revenue range
  • Strong fluency in SaaS and recurring-revenue economics, including CAC, LTV, churn, and NRR
  • Proven experience building or scaling finance functions, including ERP, FP&A, or automation platforms
  • A collaborative leadership style and the ability to serve as a trusted partner to sales, marketing, and product leaders
