The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial actions of Access Bank PLC. This role involves strategic planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the financial health of the bank. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
ACCA Certified.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
• Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budget management, and performance improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound business decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building a high-performance culture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
