Chief Finance Officer

We are on search of a Chief Financial Officer to join us in Singapore. At Affinidi, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of how data is owned, shared and managed in the digital space and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team, who could raise our finance team to be our strategic advantage. 

As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of our company. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic startup at an exciting phase of growth. You will have a wide range of responsibilitiesto drive the success of the company, most importantly in 1) building and leading a high-performing and agile finance team, 2) leading all aspects of Affinidi’sfundraising efforts and 3) designing finance operations that is scalable. As a core member of the Executive team, you are expected to provide financial leadership to Drive Affindi to new heights.

What’s in it for you:

• Develop and execute the financial strategy, align it with the overall business objectives. This includes taking charge of all accounting and finance functions, including planning, budgeting, procurement, investments, and audit 
• As part of the Executive leadership, drive the high-performance culture across all locations globally including Singapore, Germany, India and Ukraine (and potential new locations) 
• Lead all fundraising efforts, including venture capital, debt financing, and strategic partnerships 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and other financial partners 
• Define the finance operations to support the evolving business model and drive continuous improvement to drive efficiency across the organization 
• Build and inspire a high-performing and agile (“scrappy but not crappy”) teams, who is able to continuously adapt and adjust based on changing and volatile requirements 
• Build a culture of financial discipline and responsibility across the organization - Enhance corporate governance practices and coordinate with regional and global teams on groupwide compliance 
• Conduct financial analysis to provide valuable insights for decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective measures 

You will be a great match if you: 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a technology startup or highgrowth company. 
• An Innovative financial leader - who is willing to create, experiment and fail – and has a datadriven approach to the experiments 
• A Trusted financial leader with a strong track record of fundraising and investor relations as the face of the company 
• Inspirational leader – who could drive change and build culture globally 
• Strong Problem solver – who could bring fresh perspective to the Executive team as we continue to solve complex problems in the privacy / data / identity space
