Currently, we are looking for a CEO for a HealthTech company to lead commercialisation, drive B2B growth, and eventually take over the CEO role.

Location: Ukraine or remote (with readiness to travel regularly to Ukraine for client and team meetings)

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market and growth strategy with a strong focus on the B2B model.

  • Build a 6–12 month sales strategy: goals, hypotheses, channels, resources, KPIs.

  • Ensure product–market fit in Ukraine and prepare the foundation for expansion into European and US markets.

  • Act as the primary owner of revenue, margin, and commercial performance of the product.

Sales & Key Clients

  • Personally own and drive relationships with key enterprise clients: large corporations, banks, manufacturing companies, clinic and lab chains, insurers, donor and NGO organisations.

  • Lead the full cycle of complex B2B sales: multi-stakeholder processes (shareholders, C-level, HR, Finance, Legal), long sales cycles, pilots, and scaling.

  • Build and continuously develop a strong deals pipeline: from warm introductions and network to signed contracts and long-term partnerships.

  • Design and scale partner models (B2B2C) via clinics, laboratories, insurers, and other platforms.

Product & Market Fit

  • Work closely with the psychological board, tech and product teams to influence product backlog prioritisation based on real market and client needs.

  • Turn qualitative and quantitative feedback from clients into concrete product decisions and improvements.

  • Shape how the product should be adapted and evolved for new markets after validation in Ukraine.

Team & Operations

  • Start hands-on: personally closing deals and building the initial sales engine.

  • Over time, hire and manage a team;

  • Build a client-first culture, with transparent KPIs, clear processes, and focus on outcomes rather than activity.

Fundraising & External Representation

  • Take part in fundraising efforts: preparation of materials, participation in investor meetings, presenting the growth and monetisation strategy.

  • Represent the company at industry events and communities.

  • Collaborate with medical experts, researchers, technology and business partners to strengthen credibility and distribution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B sales or business development in product or service companies.

  • Proven experience working with large corporate clients and complex B2B sales cycles.

  • Experience launching new products, business lines or markets, or taking an existing product into a new segment.

  • High level of autonomy and internal drive: you proactively initiate, push and close deals and projects without external pressure.

  • Comfort working in a startup environment: high pace, shifting priorities, and high personal responsibility.

  • English: at least Upper-Intermediate

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthtech / medical / pharma / insurtech / social impact projects.

  • Interest or basic understanding of psychology / mental health (e.g. own therapy experience, mental health–related initiatives, volunteering).

  • Hands-on fundraising experience: working with private investors, grants, or venture funds.

  • Understanding of the Ukrainian healthcare ecosystem: key players, regulatory landscape, main stakeholders.

  • Experience managing teams of 10+ people (sales, product, operations, marketing).
