  • Previous experience in a senior compliance role (e.g. CCO, Head of Compliance, MLRO, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian and EU regulatory requirements.
  • Experience designing and maintaining compliance risk management frameworks.
  • Ability to act as an independent second line of defence and report to the Board.
  • Practical experience with GDPR and European data protection requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CAMS, ICA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Residence in Lithuania and professional fluency in English and Lithuanian.
  • Clean fit & proper record.

The offered salary range for this position is 5000-9500 Eur (gross) per month. Salary expectations will be discussed based on your competencies and experience.
