The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for day-to-day management of the sales and business development efforts of the company as well as overseeing the end to end engagement maintain client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the global commercial strategy across multiple regions (UK, EU, Middle East, APAC, and Vietnam).
  • Directly manage an international sales team, including:
    • Senior Sales Experts based in the UK, EU, APAC, and Vietnam.
    • Regional business development and customer success teams.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for both existing services and new solutions aligned with SmartDev’s AI-enabled vision.
  • Set revenue targets, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and alliances that support growth and market expansion.
  • Represent SmartDev at international conferences, industry events, and client meetings to build brand awareness and unlock business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, CFO and Delivery teams to align commercial strategies with technology and delivery capabilities.
  • Mentor and grow the commercial team, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Excellent communication in English (French is a plus).
  • Familiarity with emerging technology trends, including AI and digital transformation.
