Delta is seeking a Chief Architect to support the FLITE+ effort at Los Angeles Air Force Base. This position provides senior-level architectural leadership and strategic technical guidance for Missile Warning Integration and Test, with a focus on the FORGE architecture and its evolution, optimization, and sustainment.
Anticipated start date: 1 April 2026
What you'll be doing:
Perform the role of Chief Architect for Missile Warning Integration and Test.
Provide expert insight into the current state and future direction of the FORGE architecture.
Deliver strategic recommendations for Missile Warning system improvements, optimization, and sustainment.
Advise leadership on architectural risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities affecting Missile Warning capabilities.
Maintain thorough familiarity with associated technologies and technical programs that interface with Missile Warning systems.
What you'll need:
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 17 years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience supporting Missile Warning systems, architectures, and integration efforts.
Demonstrated ability to provide senior technical leadership and strategic architectural guidance.
In compliance with Colorado pay transparency laws, the estimated salary range for this position is $180,000–$260,000 annually.
