How You’ll Make an Impact

• Owning statutory accounting, governance, internal controls, and audit/tax interactions
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team; promoting accountability and continuous improvement
• Leading full close cycles. Monthly/quarterly/annual; ensures accuracy and completeness 
• Overseeing and checking all balance sheet reconciliations. (intercompany, AP/AR, bank, accruals, prepayments)
• Ensuring the preparation of statutory financials per local GAAP. Ensuring full compliance
• Preparing/providing data for VAT, CIT, WHT; cooperating with Corporate Tax, external advisors, and authorities
• Primary audit liaison, managing full audit cycle
• Developing, implementing, and enhancing internal controls and local accounting policies
• Driving process optimization
• Working with Treasury, Controlling, Corporate Finance, FP&A and business stakeholders 

What Makes You a Great Fit

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• ACCA qualification or equivalent professional certification preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience gained in international environment
• Experience in leading teams
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced level of English.
