  • Develop deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industrial accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, technical, supply chain, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and successful commercialization of new chemical solutions
  • Leverage Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools to actively manage pipeline health, forecast accurately, and drive disciplined sales execution
  • Maintain a dynamic sales funnel including target accounts, qualified prospects, and solution-based opportunities
  • Translate customer processes, technical needs, and market dynamics into actionable growth strategies and account-level business plans, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Consistently achieve or exceed goals for business retention, volume growth, margin expansion, and new customer acquisition
  • Identify and capitalize on market trends, supply/demand dynamics, and competitive opportunities within the industrial chemicals space
