• You lead and manage a team of editors and content creators, ensuring the highest quality of content and efficiency in output
• You develop, enhance, and expand existing content formats, including newsletters and educational materials
• You innovate and implement new content formats (video, audio)
• You are willing and able to host podcasts and appear in front of the camera as required, becoming a public-facing representative of the brand
• You collaborate with various company departments to align content strategies with business goals
• You monitor and analyze content performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary
• You oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content
• You uphold the overall brand voice and style guidelines across all content
• You ensure all content produced meets the company's strict adherence to SEO guidelines

• You have proven editorial experience in the field of finance, ideally within a journalistic environment
• You demonstrate the ability to create compelling content across various formats - text, audio, and visual
• You are comfortable with public speaking and on-camera appearances
• You have strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading successful content teams
• You are proficient in the understanding of content metrics and analytics
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional eye for detail
• You are a German native speaker and fluent in English
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
