For the 2025 season, we are seeking a dedicated Chef de Rang to join our team at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany. In this role, you will be a key player in delivering extraordinary luxury dining experiences that reflect the unparalleled charm and sophistication of our property.

Your responsibilities will include managing the operations within our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring impeccable attention to detail from the guests’ arrival until their departure. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Operational Excellence: Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets according to the Company policies, high standards, and procedures.
• Guest Experience: Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the service they receive. Act to ensure flawless service and anticipate guests' needs.
• Guest Relations: Establish and maintain good relationships with all guests, handling requests and enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the Commis de Rang assigned to you, ensuring they deliver high standards of service.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Previous work experience in a luxury restaurant.
