Chef Vania Ghedini cerca un/una cuoco/a capo partita per la brigata del Ristorante Oro all'interno dell'Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice.
Si tratta di una posizione stagionale - da aprile 2026 - a tempo pieno, 5 giorni la settimana (domenica e lunedì sono i giorni di chiusura del ristorante).
La figura entrerà in una squadra affiatata, abituata a lavorare in squadra sotto la guida attenta di Vania per creare sapori unici e autentici.
Requirements
Chiediamo di aver già ricoperto la mansione di Chef de Partie in cucine di ristoranti fine dining/gourmet e di saper guidar e supervisionare i propri commis con attenzione e rispetto.
Indispensabili le conoscenze in campo di igiene alimentare e saper rispettare gli standard di salute e sicurezza in cucina.
Necessarie le capacità di gestione delle priorità e dello stress, soprattutto durante la fase del servizio.
Una buona conoscenza dell'italiano è preferibile così come sono richieste buone capacità comunicative, nel pieno rispetto dei propri responsabili e dei propri colleghi.
I candidati extra UE dovranno essere in possesso dei documenti per poter lavorare in Italia al momento della candidatura.
