As a Chat Support & Sales Representatives supporting, you'll be the friendly, helpful voice behind the screen, assisting T-Mobile customers with their inquiries and guiding them through our amazing services. Your Role Will Include:

• Providing friendly and efficient chat support to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs.
• Engaging with potential customers, showcasing our services and encouraging sales through great conversations.
• Utilizing chat tools to ensure seamless communication and quick responses.
• Making personalized recommendations and upselling products where appropriate.
• Diving into data entry and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills that engage and inform.
• Ability to handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
• Solid computer skills, navigating different platforms with ease.
• Passion for helping others and creating positive customer experiences.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule availability to support our dynamic customer base.
