We boast a single-suite OR for family-centered cesarean sections. Our Level II nursery admits babies that are 32+ weeks gestation. All our nurses take STABLE and are NRP certified, so we are fully equipped to stabilize 32+ week gestation infants for transport when necessary. The nurses here practice with high autonomy but have 24/7 on-call support by an NNP and OB provider, when not in-house. During breaks, RNs can visit Vail Health’s Zen Den, which is outfitted with aromatherapy and massage chairs to help them refresh and restore before returning to the bedside to provide top-notch patient care. Employees have access to an onsite employee gym open around the clock. And, as a Vail Health employee you can attend one yoga session per week at a local studio, free of charge.
