To sustain and develop our business growth in Benelux region, our Data Center Solutions team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Channel Sales Manager. This position will manage channel partners and develop new key account business in this region.                                                

Key Challenges:

  • Responsible for the sales performance of Benelux market – power & cooling solutions for enterprise & data center infrastructure management
  • Persistently exploring and uncovering their business needs to drive and develop Delta UPS & Data Center sales 
  • Build ICT market coverage and penetrate mission critical infrastructure market via multiple routes.
  • Influencing customer designs in compliance with Delta products & solutions
  • Representing Delta DCS and networking in BNL mission critical industry and various events.
  • Benelux Channel Partnership Management to develop business on different scales
  • Approximately 5-10 years relevant experience in ICT industry
  • Proven experience in business development across Benelux region
  • Excellent understanding and proven sales experience of UPS and Data Center infrastructure solutions
  • Deep knowledge of the competition environment, key competitors’ products and pricing
  • Good understanding and experience in project management
  • Able to discuss and communicate technical details both at a high level and in simple layman skills
  • Excellent organizational & priorities skills
  • Able and willing to customer visits regularly (~50% of time in Benelux region)
  • Fluent English and Dutch communication skills
