We’re strengthening our presence in APAC and building a high-performing, partner-led ecosystem – and we’re looking for a Channel Account Manager who wants to play a key role in that journey.
We’re looking for a highly self-driven Channel Account Manager (CAM), based in the Philippines, to drive success through our reseller and distributor network across the APAC region, with a strong focus on the local market.
You’ll work in a partner / indirect sales model, fully comfortable in a channel environment where your success comes from enabling others to succeed. You will:
You will work very closely with a Professional Services Engineer also based in the Philippines, who will act as your technical support and navigator, as well as with our broader Professional Services and Sales teams worldwide. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, visibility, and ownership in a fast-growing region.
Key Responsibilities
o Manage activities that support new business growth through deal registration and pipeline development.
o Consistently work toward achieving quarterly revenue targets through channel partners.
o Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with resellers and distributors in the Philippines and wider APAC region.
o Help partners understand how to position the FileWave platform to drive value and efficiencies for their customers.
o Plan, manage, and execute partner marketing activities, including campaigns, contests, and incentives.
o Collaborate with Marketing to adapt programs for the APAC market and local partner needs.
o Drive sales engagement with regional reps by participating in floor days, call blitzes, team huddles, joint events, trade shows, and webinars.
o Deliver effective sales training sessions (including larger group settings) to build partner confidence and capability.
o Present and demo FileWave to resellers and end customers, both individually and in group environments.
o Work closely with the Professional Services Engineer to align on technical positioning and support during complex opportunities.
o Educate partners about FileWave products, services, and best practices.
o Work with reseller reps to identify and qualify FileWave opportunities.
o Collaborate cross-departmentally to support internal FileWave sales on reseller-driven calls, webinars, and onsite visits.
o Provide quarterly reports to your manager on partner sales performance, pipeline, and engagement.
o Prepare and review an annual regional sales plan with your manager.
o Set clear goals and manage your own activities to meet quarterly business objectives.
o Proactively spot gaps and opportunities in the channel and take initiative to address them.
