The Channel Partner Specialist drives business growth by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new referral and reseller partners. The role ensures smooth partner engagement through proper accreditation, contract management, and operational support. This position strengthens channel expansion by working closely with Account Managers (AMs) and Sales Acquisition Team (SAQs), while also managing referral tracking, partner communications, and feedback reporting from the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, vet, and acquire new partners; work alongside AMs and SAQs.
Handle accreditation, NDA, contract follow-ups, and initial partner setup.
Oversee the flow of referrals, ensure proper tracking in CRM, and support AMs with lead coordination.
Help Sales coordinate with partners on joint opportunities, ensuring alignment and collaboration to win deals.
Manage Viber/email groups, draft invoices for review/approval.
Attend partner meetings, provide data points and feedback from the ground.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management
Experience in channel sales, telco, or IT industry preferred (negotiable).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory.
