Key Responsibilities

  • Executes and QA's standardized channel marketing campaigns (email, web forms, basic landing pages) based on approved requests and documented processes.
  • Administers core configuration tools (SFMC, AEM, Google Analytics tags, etc.) to set up and launch simple, pre-designed experiences and tests.
  • Executes simple SQL queries and uses platform segmentation tools to retrieve and segment campaign target audiences based on clear, defined criteria.
  • Follows established workflows, diligently updating task status in project management tools (Jira/Workfront) and escalating complex technical issues to L3/L4 specialists.
  • Contributes to the maintenance of the team's knowledge base by accurately documenting routine deployment steps, configurations, and common troubleshooting solutions.
  • Conducts thorough pre-deployment quality assurance (QA) checks, including link validation, cross-client email rendering checks, and basic page load verification.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on campaign execution experience.
  • Proficiency in SFMC (Email Studio) and Adobe Content Management System (AEM) for content assembly.
  • Experience using Litmus or Email on Acid for rendering and link testing.
  • Ability to run pre-built SQL queries and perform basic segmentation.
  • Expert in Jira, Workfront, or similar Agile project management platforms.

Technical Knowledge (nice-to-have):

  • Basic HTML/CSS for minor template tweaks.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
  • Experience with A/B test setup within an ESP.

Soft Skills:

  • Process Discipline: Diligent adherence to documented SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Time Management: Managing a high volume of tickets while maintaining strict deployment deadlines.
  • Proactive Communication: Escalating blockers early to the CMS 4 or MOS 3 before they impact the launch.
