We are searching for a Marketing Specialist for our Data Center Team to support business and brand awareness in the data center market across EMEA.

Key challenges:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive joint marketing strategies in collaboration with channel partners, including partner programs, joint campaigns, and demand generation activities to drive lead volume and pipeline growth.
  • Design and manage partner incentive and rebate programs to support sales growth, loyalty, and program compliance.
  • Develop and optimize the partner portal, ensuring immediate access to current enablement materials, marketing assets, and campaign tools.
  • Manage partner enablement initiatives and loyalty programs to maximize partner performance.
  • Organize and coordinate product launch seminars, webinars, solution days, joint partner events, and local workshops.
  • Analyze campaign performance, ROI, partner pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, product management, and communications teams to ensure unified strategy and messaging across all channels.
  • Support partners directly with essential co-branded marketing assets, case studies, and event participation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of direct marketing experience in B2B environment.
  • Experience in managing and executing programs specifically through indirect sales channels (distributors, resellers, system integrators).
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, launch, and manage multi-touch, co-branded marketing campaigns, with experience in designing and managing partner incentive and loyalty programs.
  • Proficiency with CRM.
  • Foundational knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory. Practical proficiency in using simple design tools to create or modify basic marketing visuals while maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
