About This Job

We are seeking a strategic, organized, and tech-savvy Channel Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for managing Vacasa’s property presence across third-party distribution channels, including Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. This position plays a pivotal role in maximizing visibility, revenue, and operational excellence across all listings.

In addition to daily listing oversight, this role will be instrumental in managing Vacasa’s property transition to Casago Franchises. You will lead efforts to effectively transfer listings and associated accounts between Vacasa and Casago franchise partners, serve as a subject-matter expert on Vacasa’s channel strategy, and act as a key contact for internal teams and market buyers regarding how the platform transition process works from a channel systems perspective.

This position requires someone who is a strong communicator, systems thinker, and team leader, with the ability to work across teams, resolve operational challenges with speed and accuracy, and continuously improve how we market and manage our distributed inventory. If you’re passionate about digital platforms, cross-functional collaboration, and leading teams through organized change — we want to hear from you.
