Channel Marketing Manager

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a cross-functional marketing ‘Pod’ focused on Active Fixed Income
  • Collaborating with Distribution, Investment and Product teams to align marketing with business priorities
  • Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and client engagement
  • Coordinating regional marketing teams to implement structured programmes across UK, Europe and APAC
  • Creating tailored marketing materials and joint campaigns for global bank partnerships
  • Managing budgets and ensuring accurate financial tracking of marketing activities
  • Using data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy
  • Researching competitor activity and identifying opportunities for innovation

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing programmes within financial services
  • Strong understanding of investment products and client segments, particularly in fixed income
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset to support business growth
  • Knowledge of digital and offline marketing channels and technologies
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and governance standards in marketing
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
