About the Role:
Channel Partners are the engine behind JumpCloud’s next phase of growth. We aren't just looking for someone to "manage" an existing book of business; we need a Strategic Architect who can build a high-performing partner ecosystem across the US Central region. You will report directly to the Global GM of Channel Sales, serving as the face of JumpCloud for our regional strategic partners in the Central Region.
What you'll be doing:
- Strategic Partner Development
- The Build: Proven ability to identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners from scratch. You don't just wait for inbound leads; you hunt for the right strategic fit.
- GTM Execution: Skill in designing and executing joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans that align JumpCloud’s goals with the partner’s business model.
- Ecosystem Integration: Ability to pull in other ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partners to create a "better together" value proposition.
2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Pipeline Management: Mastery of the full sales cycle, from generating inbound interest to closing complex deals alongside partner teams.
- Conflict Resolution: High emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to manage deal registration conflicts between internal teams and external partners.
- Executive Presence: Comfortable conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and pitching to C-suite stakeholders to drive long-term commitment.
3. Technical & Product Acumen
- SaaS Infrastructure: Deep understanding of Security-as-a-Service or infrastructure software.
- IAM Knowledge: (Preferred) Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and how it fits into a modern IT stack.
- Positioning: Ability to translate technical features into business value for partners and their end customers.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Marketing Integration: Experience working with marketing and product teams to create localized webinars, campaigns, and training materials.
- Compliance: Diligence in ensuring partner compliance with official programs and legal agreements.
We're looking for:
2-4 years of experience working with Channel Partners in the Americas Central region
Proven success building revenue generating partnerships with reseller partners
Demonstrated experience building partnership(s) from the ground up, not just managing pre-existing relationships.
Knowledgeable in security or other infrastructure Saas products.
Success in achieving/overachieving revenue & growth targets.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $150,000 - $170,000 on target earnings, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.

Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud® is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.
All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. If you would like to spend time in our offices in the Denver/Boulder area, you are welcome to do that as well.
Language:
JumpCloud® has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
